OMG I cant even picka fave charicter I think it would have to be Effie Trinket because I love her acsent even though I never realy heard her acsent. I dont know what it is I think it is because she is so diffrent and try so hard. Also I think the most intense moment was when Katniss heard the game makers say that Prim was chosen to go to the hunger games.
